Agreement between Users and Hupld.com
Welcome to Hupld.com. The Hupld.com website (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") is operated by Hupld (hereinafter referred to as "Hupld") and contains multiple web pages. Your use of Hupld.com is conditional upon your acceptance of all the terms, conditions, and statements contained herein (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms"), and your consent to their modification. Your use of Hupld.com constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these Terms carefully and retain a copy for your reference.

Your use of Hupld.com is governed by the Hupld Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also applies to this Website and informs users of our data collection practices.
Electronic Communications
Visiting Hupld.com or sending emails to Hupld constitutes electronic communication. You agree to receive electronic communications and agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically via email and the Website satisfy any legal requirements that such communications must be in writing.
SMS Communications
By choosing to receive marketing and support SMS messages from us, whether through our website or by sending an SMS message, you expressly consent in writing to receive our regular marketing, promotional, and support SMS messages (hereinafter referred to as "SMS") sent via automated dialing. The operator is not liable for delayed or undelivered SMS messages. These SMS messages may include shopping cart abandonment reminders. SMS messages are sent at varying frequencies. This service is optional and not required for purchase.
You can opt out of receiving any SMS messages from us at any time by replying "STOP". For assistance, please reply "HELP" or email layer@hupld.com. In addition to any charges you have already received, your mobile operator may charge for SMS and data usage based on your plan. SMS messages and all subsequent communications are charged according to your wireless operator's plan. Please check your mobile operator's tariff plan to determine the cost of data usage and sending/receiving SMS messages. Under no circumstances will we or our affiliates be responsible for any SMS or wireless charges incurred by you or anyone authorized to access your wireless device or phone number. If your operator does not allow SMS messages, you may not receive them. Since SMS delivery depends on the effective transmission of your network operator, neither we nor the wireless operator are responsible for any delays or failures in receiving or delivering SMS messages. The SMS service is provided "as is". The data you provide when using any SMS service may include your mobile phone number, your operator name, and the date, time, and content of the SMS message. We may use this information to contact you and provide services you request from us in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This SMS service procedure is provided by Hupld ("the Company", "we"), located in Hong Kong.
II. Terms and Conditions of SMS Service
Authorization
General Provisions: You agree to receive automated marketing SMS messages (e.g., SMS and MMS) sent by us periodically, including messages that may be sent using an automated dialing system, to be received from the mobile phone number you provided during registration or any other number you designate. This service may be provided by our subcontractors, and your authorization also applies to our use of subcontractors. Consent to receive automated marketing SMS messages is not a necessary condition for purchase.
You also accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any other applicable terms and agreements relating to your use of our services.
Service Delivery Frequency: The frequency of SMS delivery will vary depending on your responses to sent SMS messages. We reserve the right to change the frequency of SMS delivery at any time to increase or decrease the total number of SMS messages sent. We also reserve the right to change the SMS number or phone number used to send SMS messages.
SMS and Data Charges May Apply: Depending on your mobile phone service plan (please contact your mobile operator for specific plans) and any applicable roaming charges, each SMS message you send or receive may incur SMS and data charges. We do not charge separately for sending SMS messages.
Cancellation/Unsubscribe Instructions: You can reply “STOP” at any time to opt out of receiving any SMS messages from us. For assistance, please reply “HELP” or email layer@hupld.com. In addition to any charges you have already been informed of, your mobile operator may charge SMS and data charges for confirmation messages. You acknowledge and agree that our SMS platform may be unable to recognize and respond to unsubscribe requests that do not contain the keyword "STOP," and you agree that the company and its service providers shall not be liable for any failure to respond to such requests. You also understand and agree that any other unsubscribe method, including but not limited to sending SMS messages other than those described above or verbally requesting our staff to remove you from the list, is not a reasonable unsubscribe method. If you unsubscribe from one of our SMS services, you may still receive our SMS messages through other services you have subscribed to until you separately unsubscribe from those services.
Mobile Number Change: If you change or deactivate your mobile number, please notify us by emailing layer@hupld.com before ceasing to use that number.
Eligibility: To receive our SMS messages, you must be a Hong Kong resident and at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to require you to prove that you are at least 18 years old.
Availability: Not all mobile devices or phones are supported, and our messages may not be delivered to all regions.
Disclaimer: This SMS service is provided "as is" and may not be available in all areas at all times. The service may also be unavailable if your wireless carrier makes changes to the product, software, network coverage, or other aspects. We are not responsible for any delays or failures in receiving SMS messages related to this service. The delivery of SMS messages depends on the effective transmission of your wireless service provider/network operator, which is beyond our control. Neither we, our service providers, nor the mobile operators supported by this SMS service are responsible for delayed or undelivered SMS messages.
Terms and Conditions Changes: We may revise, modify, or change these SMS service terms and conditions at any time. Any such revisions, modifications, or changes will take effect after being posted on our website. You agree to review these SMS service terms and conditions periodically to ensure you are aware of any changes. Your continued consent to receive our SMS messages constitutes your acceptance of these changes.
Termination of SMS Service: If we believe you have violated these SMS service terms and conditions, we may suspend or terminate your receipt of our SMS service. If your mobile phone service is terminated or becomes unavailable, your receipt of our SMS messages will also be terminated. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue (temporarily or permanently) all or part of our SMS service at any time, with or without prior notice.

Your Account: If you use this website, it is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your account and password and to restrict access to your computer by others. You acknowledge that Hupld is not liable for any third-party access to your account resulting from the theft or misuse of your account. Hupld and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse or cancel services, terminate accounts, or delete or edit content at their sole discretion.
Hupld does not knowingly collect personal information from persons under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 18, you must have the permission of a parent or guardian to use Hupld.com.
Discount and Coupon Codes: Only one discount or coupon code can be used per order. When using discount codes, you may still be required to pay local, state, and federal taxes and/or shipping costs.

Hupld.com may contain links to other websites (“Linked Websites”). These Linked Websites are not controlled by Hupld, and Hupld is not responsible for the content of any Linked Website, including but not limited to any links contained within Linked Websites, or any changes or updates to Linked Websites. Some services offered through Hupld are provided by third-party websites and organizations. By using any product, service, or feature originating from the Hupld.com domain, you acknowledge and agree that Hupld may share such information and data with any third party with whom Hupld has a contractual relationship in order to provide the requested product, service, or feature on behalf of Hupld users and customers.

Restricted Countries
Due to international regulations and compliance requirements, we do not accept orders or process payments from the following countries: Afghanistan, Belarus, Burundi, Cuba, North Korea, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Myanmar, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Venezuela, and Yemen. Any orders from these countries will be automatically cancelled, and payments (if any) will be refunded in accordance with our refund policy.

Early in the process, we prefer not to sign non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) with inventors who present their ideas to us. We encourage inventors to share a general concept describing their idea or product, but not to disclose any confidential information. We are always interested in novel and unique concepts, even if only a portion of them eventually becomes patentable. We are pleased that inventors are willing to collaborate with Hupld, regardless of their current patent status.
